I Purchased a seagate gate hard disk drive(SNo.9TE1BF10) from BAFNA Computers#17/7, K.A.J. Plaza Shop #B2, Ground Floor Narasingapuram Street, Mount Road Anna Salai Chennai -600002 The drive is under warranty and the direct warranty service is taken care by accel frontline service center, chennai greams road branch.The service representatives are misbehaving and they are telling it is not bought from india.
