I PURCHASED ACER LAPTOP TWO MONTH AGO.AFTER SOMETIMES MY LAPTOP GOT MANY PROBLEM THEN I CONTACT COSTUMER CARE BUT THEY TALKING ROUGHLY THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO TALK WITH COSTUMER THEY DID NOT SOLVE MY LAPTOP PROBLEM.I DID A LOT OF DISCUSS.THE ACER COMPANY IS VERY BAD SERVICE IN INDIA IN ANY PLACE THE HAVE NO SUPPORT AFTER U PURCHASE LAPTOP.THIS SERVICE IS 0 IN INDIA.DO NOT PURCHASE ACER LAPTOP AND DO NOT ADVICE OTHER.I[censored] WANT TO PURCHASE LAPTOP I AM GIVING SOME COMPANY THEY ARE GOOD SERVICE PROVIDER IN INDIA DELL,HP,COMPAQ.BECAUSE I USED HP COMPAQ AND DELL LAPTOP THEY PROVIDED ME GOOD SERVICE.ONCE AGAIN I ADVICE DO NOT PURCHASE ACER LAPTOP I[censored] PURCHASE LAPTOP U GOT BAD SERVICE.

Acer Laptop — Improper service

Hello sir/madam
My name is sushma patil. I've purchased a laptop of ACER on 30th June 2009 from Croma, Hadapsar Pune. I was having problem with its keyboard so I gave to the servicing center in Pune. Its been more than 15-20 days that my laptop has not been given back to me. The servicing centre peole say that they have ordered the keyboard from Bangalore but have not received. I called the customer care in Delhi. Everytime they say my problem will be resolved in 2-3 days but yet my problem is not solved. Today I called the concerned person who loks after the ordering about the parts in India i.e. Mr.mahesh Kulkarni. I told him the whole problem, he told me he'll contact me in 1-1and 1/2 hour but he has also not contacted me. My project is going on and because of that i needed a laptop. Please look into the matter
i am lokeshwar from pune.i've got an acer laptop which was working good for 1 yr, but after that suddenly one day it didn't started, i told to my cousin whao is a computer engineer, he said some tracks of the mother board are burnt it 'll take some[protected] bugs to repair it, take it to the acer service centre.now, the service centre centre people are telling me that the mother board has to be replaced even the battery is not working properly.they are giving me an estimate of 18, 000 Rs.moreover they offered me to sell my laptop.now, my laptop is worth 9000 Rs only for them.this is certainly not the kind of help customers are seeking.i don't know what they did to my laptop but i m going to sue those people.
i have a acer aspire 4730Z laptop. working with one years ago . but still now dont have a good os on it . currently working on windows xp . vith this os does not support a battery stand by 3 hours . just only 1and half. can any one give me the solution about the suitable os & battery ... :-)
ACER IS BAD SERVICE PROVIDER COMPANY IN INDIA DO NOT BUY ACER LAPTOP.
INDIA'S GOOD SERVICE PROVIDER IS DELL HP COMPAQ
