Dear Sir,
I have been availing beam services from quite some time. And from last two months I we are not getting Internet, when we called the customer care they always say that complaint would be worked on and resolution would be provided.
Internet is not working from March 1st week, and the guys from billing department came to my home for collection of bill amount and I told them that please give me service and charge for the services you provide. For the complete month of April Internet did work and in May 1st week again the billing department guys from beam tele came for collection of Bill Amount.
For two months Internet has not been working and none of their technicians turned up at my home, but their billing department guys turn up for collection of bill amount.
Here are some of the complaint numbers that I have.

None of them are actual resolved. Service was never restored. But all the complaints were closed.
If somebody from beam tele is reading this, i want them to take a note of these numbers, go to their database and contact me and resolve the issue. before I take this to print media.
