I have been using an Internet connection from Beamtele for the past 4 months. For the last few days i.e on 8th March 2013 I have been facing a problem with connectivity. The service provider raised ticket (ticket No. 7789102) against my complaint but till date my problem is not rectified, they are irresponsible in resolving the problem. I have been calling them at least twice daily, but of no use. Please render your help in any possible way. Every Time I call to them they saying with in 24 hrs the problem will solve, but I donot know how many 24 hrs they require to them for solving the problem. I work from home, I have weekly targets but since last 4 days I unable to access my system. Please BeamTele I request you to work for customers and donot loss them or test their patience. Today many Internet service providers are there donot lose you constituency.

MOST OF THE TIMES, WE GET "SERVER NOT FOUND". IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET THE NUMBER. WE ARE FORCED TO LISTEN MUSIC NOT LESS THEN 30 TO 45 MINITES. IF THE TREND CONTINUE, BEAMTELE WILL LOOSE MOST OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.
