My registered mobile with Beam Telecom is [protected] and the connection in the name of K. Suresh Babu. I've paid for the connection on 11.12.2010. But till today it is not installed and as per their customer care it shows as installed. I've tried many times for the executive who collected the amount but he is not responding to my call. I am continously calling the customer care they are saying that the problem will be solved within 24 hrs., but till today it is not solved. I've asked for refund but they are not giving it. Neither the collection executive nor the techinician are giving their mobile. We have to call the customer care. But there is no use. Beam Telecom is cheating people. They must be punished.

I logged a ticket for shifting my connection (as location is changed) from Madhapur to Lingampally on 28th December, 2010. The beam telecom customer care is telling they will change it as soon as possible. I called them almost 20 times and they send 20 emails that they are woking on it. But till date (17th January,2011) I didnot got the connection. I have six month subscription but i am not able to access internet for last 20 days.

NOT GIVEN INTERNET CONNECTION IN TIME,ALTHOUGH I WAITED FOR 1 MONTH.NOT REFUNDING BACK MY PAID MONEY.WORST RESPONSE WHEN EVER I'M CALLING.
- I registered for Beam Telecom internet connection.
- I said I will pay the money when they get the wire.
- The representative said that I have to pay the money
upfront for them to bring the connection wire to my home.
- I made a payment of Rs 5500/- on August 7th, 2011
- Representative said that I will get connection within 48 hours.
- No response.
- I called Beam Telecom and registered a complaint on August 20th
- Call centre rep said it will be done within 24 hours.
- Today, 26th August, still no connection.
- Have registered another complaint today.
- Same response 'It will be done within 24 hours'.
If Beam cannot deliver on the promise, why the hell do they ask for money upfront?

I'm an half yearly subscriber of beamtele internet services. My account no. is 94414.
I have requested for shifting of my internet connection from Block-A to Block B in the same apartment. They have told that within 24-48 hours, they will shift the connection. Since then more than 3 weeks have passed but no one turned to shift the connection to my new location. I have repeatedly followed up with the customer care and even their nodal manager but till today the connection is not given. I have already paid them for 6 months and I'm not getting their service for more than 3 weeks. I dont know who is going to compensate for this. Please help me in getting the connection and take steps against beamtele, so that in future that don't harass the customers.

They Have a real pathetic customer service.My Internet is not working from past 2 weeks.
I tried calling them everyday. And everyday they register tickets for me which is never resolved.No one has tried to resolve this.
I am not sure if you can actually helo me in this.
I am paying the service every month on a regulalr basis.
I believe they need to pay more attenion to me.
