We have been a customer with beam for the past 2 months for now.
Converting from competetor internet service provider (now regretting the fact on that decision)
Initially for the setup of connection i have to fight with them for almost 15 days since the money has been collected by the collection agent.
Finally after gettting the connection , beam network is worst interms of the consistency in the services
while the connection speed is good but the service is not consistent as well the customer care representatives doesnt even know how to handle customers we have opened almost 15-20 tickets everymonth. and the resolution time so far is worst. as of now also im not able to use there service cause i opened a ticket for the resolution and waiting for the fix for the past 3 days now.
they technician who comes in keeps saying that they come up with some reason for the uavailability. not sure need to pray them for fixing the issue.
i have been fed up just for about 2 months of there service still got to go for almost another 4 months to get rid of the contract.
even the Head office in banajara hills in hyderabad dont know how to handle the customer.
I pity the company and there management who dont know how to handle the customers being in the service based industry.
i do strongly suggest not to take this service if you are considering the same.
