[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Shifting connection

I have been holding an account with Beam Telecom Pvt Ltd from 19 sep 2010 & i subscribed for 6 months by paying them 2300/- through cheque.

I have been asking them from 5th Jan 2011 for shifting my net connection to a new location. I am calling customer care people thrice every day. They are giving answers like... it will be done in 24 hrs (every day same answer). But this stands un resolved since past 15 days.

I have been calling on this number- [protected], This customer care ppl are taking calls very politely, but matter stands as it is, even if you call thousands of times ot them.

These are the ticker numbers that have been raised till now -
1528570, 1543873, 1568502, 1571251, 1575417, 1589509, 1590921, 1593113, 1593950, 1594948, 1597159 Many of these tickets are closed without any intimation to me.
Please let me know the ways to file a case on Beam Telecom

we paid balance payment of Rs.1800 on 19th may but we dont have internet connection.
your people said after payment within 30 mins your connection is activatd but it did'nt.
this is not work responsibility we dont have any contactd persons number also so please activate my connection Immdiately.

I requested for shifting the connection, one of the executive has come,
checked for feasibility and told they will setup the connection within 3
days, its been six days no one has come I kept on calling daily but no
response.Even the customer care executive started shouting on me.They
ignore my calls.I called their executives personal number.He is not
attending my calls and later on he switched off his mobile.I am a
working women who needs Internet the most.I have to work from my home
too.Because of no Internet connection I had to come to office on this Saturday and Sunday, Don't know whats wrong with these people.

I'm avinash, I had taken beam connection in january month for 6months plan
I had submitted all the document and money for the 6months plan

I had informed for shifting connection to opposite building on 4th may 2015
Today is 16 th may 2015
I am updating every day for please give the connection immediately to front end
They are simply say with in 24 our u r problem will be solved our backend team will contact u ...

No action taken after repeated emails to customer service

I just want the name change from vithal Raj S to Deepika VS on the account. Even after multiple emails and calls this issue has not been resolved. Can some higher up call me immediately on the registered number?
