ACT Fibernet — Connection was not given since the date of my application(1 and half month)

Dear Sir/Madam
I am a customer of beam networks with A/c No 179407. I haven’t got connected to the network since my application date i.e. 9th March’11. I have given complaints to your customer care many times and your people are generating token numbers each time I was called but, they are failed to meet their commitments.

Hence, I am requesting you to look into the matter seriously and give me the connection at the earliest.
