ACT Fibernet — CHeating. They collect Money and don't give connection

I have paid 5500/- on 05.Jun.2011. They said it takes 3-4 days for the connection. Till today, there is no response and no one cares for customer calls. For every phone call we make, they create a new ticket and story starts again.

I have asked for my money refund that I do not want this connection. I guess these people are collecting lakhs of rupees and cheating.

A very horrible service and even after repeated calls and mails that Legal action will be taken, no one is really bothering.

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD.

I could see Hundreds of complaints with the same reasons n this site.
Lets all unite and lodge a case against this company. then they will not cheat customers so badly.
