Hi I'm Sreekanth, wanted to take a Internet connection from Beam Telecom,so called Beam Telecom and an agent has come on the sameday to my home to complete formalities and have opted 6 months package and made payment for 6 months on sep 5, 2011, and that agent name is Anil Kumar and he told me the Junction Box from where i would receiving connection, cable comes from that box to my home. he bluffed me and spoken sweetly to get the customer in and i was going out to take a photocopy of my voter id as proof n he sd that not required and sd to give to beam telecom agents when they come for verification and promised e that i will get connection by sep 7 2011 evening, i didnt get connection and i received a message from BT after 4 days that it will take max 5 days for a new internet connection, which as not told by the agent and called customer care and logged complaint and technician has come on 6 day and says connection cant be given as the junction box is 140 mts distance away from my home and my question doesnt the agent know that connection cant be gain if it above 80 mts of distance,,, logged 3 tickets till now ,, they promised i will be receiving a call from Beam Telecom(BT),,but no response till now,,,and the agent Anil kumar switched off his phone...,,,It was A VERY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE from the Beam Telecom...I will take this further Was this information helpful? |
