[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Irresponsible behaviour of customer care supportive staff

Sir,
I am availing your Beam cable service for the past 3 Years and I am quite satisfied with your service so far. But unfortunately for the last 4 days I am going through lot of harassment due to irresponsible behavior from Beam cable customer service support staff.
On 18.09.2011 due to non availability of internet service I called customer service and registered a complaint (ticket no3075231)and the staff assured me that my problem will be solved within 24 hours. But on the next morning to my surprise I received an sms mentioning that my complaint has been closed, that too with out resolving the problem. So I again registered complaint with the customer care executive for the 2 nd time(ticket no3084881) and within few hours again received sms that complaint has been closed that also without rectifying the problem. Hence I was forced to register complaint for the 3rd(ticket no3085795) and 4 th time (ticket no3076074)but all in vein.
My official work has been hampered due to non availability of internet facility for the last 4 days. So I request you to cancel my connection with immediate effect so that I can look for alternative arrangements for reinstating the internet connection.
Also I request you to take corrective action against those responsible for this mishap inorder to avoid further loosing you valuable customers.
Please note that the last 2 customer care executives names were Mr Manohar and Miss Rajani respectively.

This is informing you that i am having beam internet connection from last 1 year and I am quite satisfied with your service so far. But unfortunately for the last 10 days I am going through lot of harassment due to irresponsible behavior from Beam cable customer service support staff. non package problem of internet service I called customer service and registered a complaint more than 5 times which i am providing last compliant details (ticket no 3090848)and the staff assured me that my problem will be solved within 24 hours. But on the next morning to my surprise I received an sms mentioning that my complaint has been closed, that too with out resolving the problem.
This Is my first tele conversation Regarding this issue...
Thing is that that I got call from your executive on phone no is[protected] date is 12.09.11 that he told me sir your using right now Rs 400 package, can you upgrade for 1mbps seed for Rs 600.

That time i asked your executive I already paid monthly bill. then he said remaining RS120 only you have to pay like this he told to tome, OK I given approval for that. but evening i checked about my package that he did 10mbps speed and monthly charges Rs 1000. that evening it self I called to customer care[protected] regarding package issue that he spoke to me sorry sir we cannot change your package for one month. then I given answer that i am not approval for 10MBPS plan I cont pay any amount without given plan. i am responsible only for 1MBPS plan only behind if did any un authenticate plan that i am not responsible person.

After this complaint on 14.09.11 comp lent no your team called me that he spoke to me after long discussion he told me now you pay only RS 120 and I also agreed ready also but that day the plan were not changed than

How I bevel your customer care executive and resolving team...?

Winch i given compliant details mentioned below...
1. complaint given date 12.09.11 ticket no 3012108
got call from resolving on 14.09.11 ticket no 3012108 and closed also

Result Is ...? means not don

2 complaint given date 15.09.11 ticket no 3013656

Result ...? not called also

3 complaint given date is 3066027

after complaint got sms from date is 3066027 is still being worked upon our team

but what they did ...? god knows.

then again i got MSG from you ticket no3066027 is closed.

So what they closed ...?

which i am getting problem still pending...

what they doing I don't know

but I am clearly telling to beam cable if wrong bill come means 10MBPS Rs 1000 i am not responsible for that that I am responsible only for 1 MBPS Rs 600 only

for this reason i am putting mail to you and this is for your information only

This is My kind requesting pls look into this issue And
