[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Connection issue

I have applied for a Broadband Connection on 20th of September with Beamtel with my registered mobile number [protected]

today is 5th of October, till now i have not got the connection, i am in touch with the customer care from 24th of Sept on this issue but no one was ready to give proper response.

here are the list of Ticket Number issued by Beamtel.

i have paid an amount of Rs.5,500/- for the connection to Beamtel via cheque no. 550535 of SBH.

now when i have called customer care and asked for the same, their answer was not proper and said we can only attend the call and raise the ticket and cannot do anything other that that.
