[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Worst Customer Service ever seen

This is THE worst service I have ever seen in life so far. We have taken a new internet connection along with a router about a month ago and I am already fed up with the service that they offer. They hardly offer any service. We paid the full amount to the person who came to sell their connection. 1800+2000 for the router. After 3 days and a call to them, someone came for installation, installed it and left the wiring and everything just like that without even bothering to neatly wind it or put some wall clips to it. He was in no mood to listen to us and said the company doesnt provide any clips for that. Fine, next for the router he said he will raise a request for it which he did not do so. After 3 days I made a call and raised the request to which they said in 24 hours it would be done. 48 hours over and still not done. I had to make 2 more calls to the call center for getting the router. The guy comes, fixes the router and gone, didnt even bother to make sure the connection was done properly or not. I made a call to the customer care once again asking for the Area manager. No , he says they dont have such numbers and will put a request for the area manager to call me instead and also send a techician in 24 hours to make sure all connections are done properly. Its been 10 days and neither did I get a call from the area manager not did any tech. come. I had to struggle to get things right. Now worst of all the router does not accept more than one connection. Every time the second one is logged in the first connection is logged out. Why the hell did we pay 2000 Rs for this so called router? Is it just to have one connection at a time?
To fix this I have been calling the cust. care guys for the past 3 days and each time a different person answers and after listening to the whole story says it will be resolved in 24 hours. Even now, it is not done. I am sick and tired of these people who are least bothered to follow up. I have spoken to Khan, Ravi and Chandu. The whole log of compalints can be found in the database. But none of them bothers. Whole bunch of Good for nothing people sitting there doing nothing. God alone knows when the issue would be resolved. My phone bills are goin up just because of these poeople as I have to wait on hold for atleast 10 min before someone answers it. ALL TIME WORST SERVICE ...
