I am using Beam Fiber 1 Mbps connection from past 3-4 months (20 May 2011).
On 1 June 2011 I have raised a complaint through costumer service stating I am not able to use my internet connection as it is getting disconnected every 5 Minutes and not not able to connect more than 1 system (PC/ Laptop) using Wifi. The technical team closed my ticket without any resolution and and no technical person came to my place. I have raised the same complaint again on 21 June 2011 and the ticket again got cosed without any resolution on 23 June 2011. Again I raised the same complaint again on 25 June 2011 and the ticket again got cosed without any resolution on 29 June 2011. Again I raised the same complaint again on 30 June 2011 and finally my problem got resolved on 2 July 2011.
I told the team that I will not be paying the June month bill as I have not used the Internet service properly and also told them that I have raised the complaint on 1 June 2011 and it got resolved on 2 July 2011.
At that time nobody had contacted me and on 4 August they disconnected my connection due to non payment of the bill. I called the customer service and told the that I will pay the entire due if they deduct the June month bill and send the updated bille to me. I told the same thing to all the collection executive who called me for the payment and they said it will be resolved. But till today this problem is not resolved and I am getting messages everyday for the payment of the bill.
This is really harassment to the customer. They are not doing their work properly and harassing the customer for the payment.
I told them that I will pay the entire due if they resolve my problem and will continue the service.
Please let me know if I have done anything wrong.
Hope I will get justice by submitting this problem to Consumer forum.

Beam Fiber Internet — No refund policy and no service during power failure
I have taken 6 months pack but with No service during power failure and other issues I wanted to cancel my subscription after 20 days use. I requested beam fiber to return amount for remaining 5 months and raised complains no 7260366, 7260228 for which beam Telecom has no refund policy.
