Beam tele is trying to capture the market, but their response standards in case of any issue are very poor. I have account 292282 with them and
my internet connectivity is lost 6 days back and each time I call them they say they need 24 hours, there is no proper escalation process.
one need to wait hours together on phone if need to talk to supervisor who doesn't even have relevant info. Technicians are provided with phone which doesn't have incoming call facility. Its has very poor system which cannot ensure timely solution for issues. Was this information helpful? |
