ACT Fibernet — Internet not working

I have a ACT broadband connection and the line is faulty for the past 1 week. Even after 20 calls to their customer care[protected], they give lame duck excuses but don't send their technicians to resolve the issues. Even now the issue is not resolved. I'm tired of calling them. Please take strict action on them.

I have taken annual subscription of Internet from ACT Fibernet Portal.

From last 3 weeks I am facing problems with Internet, with numerous complaints they are unable to solve the issue. I request you to kindly address this issue.
