It's been a week since I have taken Beam Broadband conncetion, and the performace of the internet is very slow. When I open a video after every 10 seconds it stops showing a message that its downloading and I have registered a complaint with the number 1680977 yesterday but till now nobody has come to rectify the problem. I feel unnecessarily I have taken yearly subscription and the response is pathetic.

I have Changed my Address from Chandanager to Near by Street in Hyderabad,
I informed to the Concerned Departent but I did Not received Any responce from these Customer Care people, I have Been Calling them Calling Them i was hegitated with thesm Always they ae Saying that you willget Connection with in 24 hours But 240 Hours are passed but i did not get the Connection,
i did Not Seen these Sort of Bad And Worst Service in my life,
i Request you to Please provide me the Necessary Service immidiatelly otherwise i will file A case On Court, regarding this Problem,
