I am a subsciber of beam telecom 15 Mbps plan at gandhi nagar, Hyderabad. i have lost internet connectivity 3 days ago i,e on 24th april 2013. i have complained immediately and the next day, though the complaint was not solved, i got a message that it was solved. i immediately placed another complaint. on 26th April an executive of beam telecom came to my home and identified that cable was cut at my area and promised me that the issue will be solved under any cost by evening of 26th april. i waited and no one turned up. i called up again on 27th april and i was told that the executive who came to my home informed tgat my door was locked. Inspite of identifying the issue, he was negligent. i wanted to talk to supervisor and they kept me waiting for half an hour and did not respond yet. This happened a couple of times, yet they put my call on hold on purpose. i am still waiting for the issue to be resolved. beam should take care of atleast addressing existing customer's complaints before boasting about its plans.
