I am a customer of BEAM CABLE internet for more than 5 years for my house connection and 3 year for my Office.
Many times i have logged a complain but not once the complaint has been resolved without yelling or calling 100 of times or even asking them to disconnect my connection and give me back my money (because i pay yearly)
On 24th april, due to weather my internet connection on the name of VINAY TELEVISION PVT LTD, plot 22, phase II, ECIL EXTN, E.C.I.L X rd, hyderbad 062. there was no internet for 2 days, i raise a complaint (#8257410) after a day (Which is their promised time of service) i got sms saying your problem has resolved but actually it was not. So i call them once again to ask them two questions
1. How can you close a complaint without the confirmation of the customer when the problem is not resolved yet? (no technician, back end team or even customer care people, nobody call or visited our place to solve the problem)
2. i asked them to please connect me to their supervisor and they made me wait for more than an hour on phone and finally they said our supervisor is busy we will arrange a call back in 2 hours.
24 hrs passed nothing happened, again i called, they raised a new complaint for the same old complaint for the unresolved but closed complaint and after another hour of discussion on the phone, the customer care have agreed to disconnect our connection permenantly but not allowing us to get explanation about their irresponsibility.
And even my disconnection, my bill is not settled
So summary is,
Problem faced by customer, raised complaint but no response, in the mean time tens of phone calls and hours of waiting in line, no response, disconnection but not bill settlement as we are supposed to get refund.
