I raised thee complaint(ticket No:8311915) on 30the April 2013 regarding shifting connection in Beam Customer Care. They told that for shifting connection it will take 48hrs i agreed withe them and they processed my ticket.After 48hrs I didnt get any response from their side whenever i calling thee customer care they always singing thee same song as withe in 24hrs or 48hrs. Now till today i didnt get any response from their side in between these days they raised 4 tickets(8348360,8367597,8366042)withe high priority still thee issue is unresolved. So, i irritated withe them ,What should i do now? i need thee solution for theis immediately. The people who troubled for paying thee rental on time every month but they are least bothered about thee complaint raised by me.Kindly do thee need full. Was this information helpful? |
Beam Telecom — Shifting the connection
I have requested for shifting the connection from Nizampet to Cahndanagar on 27th June.Till now there is no correct information on why they did not provide me the connection.Whenever i call the calll center they promise to solve it by 24 hours.
