[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — speed of the internet

Respected Sir,

I am Vinayak D. Naik staying in
8-3-234/1,
L.N.Nagar,
Yousufguda,
Hyd-500045.
Using BEAM TELECOM Internet connection for more than 2 years. Till 4-5 months the service providing was good. But in recent days(around 6 months) they came with new offer " B-Max600 "
According to this they will provide 786kbps speed for Rs 600.00 with 30GB limit for a month.After crossing 30Gb automatically they cut down speed to 256kbps.
I have noticed that every mid of the month (arround15th to 20 ) BEAM TELECOM reducing the speed to 256kbps without intimation. First 2 months i thought, I might have crossed the limit so early.After wards I have started the habit of regularly checking the limit.

Now from last 4-5 months i am complaining them regarding this issue. They took 4-5 days to solve the problem after registering complaint every day.This is cheating the customer. Same thing happening for every month. I have contacted customer care.....they lodging complaint (with ticket no) every day and automatically they closed the complaint without checking with customer after 24hrs.

Till today, no one contacted from Beam Telecom regarding this issue. I have mentally tired of raising complaint.Please take some action regarding this issue.Hope it will solve as early as possible.

I canceled the connection after registering about 7-8 tickets for more than 20 days..
To;
beamtelebroad band sevice i am once again complaining or i am noticing that
i syed akra, the couster o[censored]r beamtele boardband with id:[protected]@yahoo.com, that i am not recieving proper internet
plz
plz help me
my speed is tooo slow
instead of 786kps;
it is less than 256kbps
so i request to beamtele service to solve my problem soon.
