[Resolved]  Activa Honda — Not receiving of policy from Agent

Dear Sir,

In 2007 I bought a Activa two wheeler from Honda No.MH 04 DM 2195, in Vasai through local agent M/s Kini Motors. And I was issued a Bajaj Allianz policy. My policy was upto December 24th 2008, I went to renew with M/s Kini, Paid the amount Rs.900/- and was asked to bring the vehicle for Inspection by Agent Mr. Vivek from Borivali, his cell no 00 91 [protected].
He took the photos and assured to send the policy in couple of days time. But even today i.e Feb.3rd, 2009 we have not received our policy. If we call him he gives a excuse that policy is sent by courier, when we asked for doc.No. he says I will give you later. Last two months he is avoiding us.
Will your esteem administration will give us a answer and satisfy us for keeping a faith in your company?
