i dont agree with this is all bull you guys are trying to tell false things, I have been working with adfc from last 5 years and have got my dues, the time was bad, we have all got the dues .. and hdfc is only bank which has not asked staff to go rest all banks, my brother was without job asked to go ... summit duggal is known for working hard and chasing staff for numbers i guess that is his job ...he has also got me promotion and has helpd staff to get absorb in hdfc and other staff in other banks with positive feedback which could not be possible ...
I dont agree with this ...comment hand ful of people who want to create nusiance and get bad name to orgnisation as been pushed to do numbers. I hv left job of adfc, but hv worked since inception you can speak with me too munish thukral, I am dire fan of sumeet duggal, he has gone on visits and my pickups at 6am also. We have got salary increase also through him, and there lot of change in bank after his coming, we all are happy you must be not doing numbers or may be not working speak with him directly he will help you.
I think all of you should concentrate on working rather than about some one.If you work hard no one can let you down.And as far as i know sumeet professionally he can never do wrong with any one, he is a hard worker and respect the rest workers. Many people have become vanquishers because of him, live examples are many i cant write names but yes i am a live example.And rest i think he and his work and his personality needs no clarrification he was is and will remain a winner and doesnt need any such comments.
Please work guys if you want to become something in life rather than wasting time.Learn good things from him and use it to grow the way he has rather than putting lights on dearest sumeet.

The real fact is that Sumeet duggal and gaurav t. sharma only making money in the recovery, now a days, whole manager was changed and he takes his professional in a higher position but they even dont know how will convince the customer for recovery, they only know his leave, lunch and beautiful clothes and showing his attitude of manager and doing nothing, only pressure... they are getting money from the agency owner and buy a car volks wagen, gaurav t. sharma is the big big big, madhur chod and bahen ka launda hai, i left the organisation 1 year back, but i know everybody, ...they all making every month 2 to 5 lacs from agencies, and buy a royal car and cost cutting happen with adfc staff, only they are suffering, adfc staff is only doing hard work and recovery not hdfc staff...
I think who ever is putting wrong allegations on sumeet duggal is himself a failure in life.
ONLY THOSE WHO KNOW HOW TO WORK AND HAVE BRAINS CAN UNDERSTAND HIS MATURITY LEVEL AND HIS HARD WORK REST ALL CAN JUST CRIB.

sumeet duggal is a very sincere wrking person. he is named and famed and he knows how to work and always fight for us i am at present working with some other place but use to work here in adfc and i am missing such managers and thinking of coming back to hdfc bank, toh bhanchodo usko gali di na toh voh hal karu ga ki phat ke haat meh a jaye gi.

i agree to the comment, the main devil behind this all is summit duggal, n the hole harbinder singh, these 2 have made life hell for the employees in the bank, always ask for numbers, n they both abuse the employees in front of whole staff n give them threat as well, that i[censored] do not meet the target, ur fired, also they force the employees to deposit the payments of customers from there own pocket.this organisation really sucks.
