Subject : complaint regarding customer service Respected sir / madam It is to inform you that i lalit pant previously posted to dindigul district of tamil nadu as an assistant manager. I got my promotion. After that i booked my consignment through your service area at madurai. My past experience with this organization is very much satisfactory. This time i am very much disappointed with the customer service given by the madurai area incharge named mr ramesh sharma. I got my consignment booked on 25 july 2012. As my further place of posting was not finalized at that time, i had cleared all this situation to mr ramesh sharma, that i can confirm my place of posting within 5 - 6 days. As per my previous conversation i had cleared my place of posting as murshidabad district in west bengal on 01 august 2012. I have send him my new address in murshidabad district through sms in his mobile no [protected]. He told me that it will take 10 - 12 days to get the consignment. Instead of that the consignment has been sent to berhampur district of odisha on 10 august 2012. After that on 11 august i had enquired about my consignment from madurai location incharge mr ramesh sharma. He spoken very harshly and he has given me very nonsense reply regarding the delivery of my consignment. He told me that if you will keep on calling us and you will disturb us by calling so many times then we will not deliver your consignment. I want to know whether it is ok? We are the owner of the consignment, we have completed all the formalities regarding shifting including full charge has been paid. We have full rights to know about our consignment’s location. Dear sir i am not having any problem in delayed delivery of my consignment. I know that in delivery it may take + or – 2 - 3 days. I am very much agree with that. But i want to know how your staff can say that we will not deliver your consignment, whether he is having any authority to say like that ? You can very well verify all my conversation with mr ramesh sharma in his mobile no [protected] on 11 august 2012 between 11:00 a. M. To 01:00 p. M. . I would like to give my consignment details for your ready reference. Agrawal movers and packers — disappointing services
I have taken the services of Agrawal movers and packers to move my luggage considering one of the top most service providersI was surprised when they have loaded my language i have shown my disappointment during loading but it was conveyed that it will be covered properly before sending
I was surprised when I saw the open truck with full of dust on hot summer of 46 degree temperature and transferred like a local materiel
After my several request they come to see the open truck and convinced me to take the delivery and assured me that they will look into it
after taking the delivery they have left the hal[censored]npacked house hold item and never turned back
I have been doing fallow up for my damaged house hold items and requesting them to do the unpacking as they have committed ( it was given in writing ) no one bothers to provide the services
I feel totally cheated by such a renowned company
