[Resolved]  Agarwal Packers & Movers (Drs Group) — Bad service not taking care of insurance cover

I have chosen one of the most prestigeous packers & movers company (Agarwal packers & movers (A unit of drs logistics pvt. Ltd.) for shifting my house hold items from delhi to mumbai. I have paid rs 20000 / - the maximum as compared to other packers & movers in advance. This amount also include the insurance coverage for the above house hold items. I was expecting to get the good service by them. But i never thought they will behave such badly manner.
On[protected], they loaded my house hold items from delhi & i received the items on 29 - 03 - 12 in virar (Mumbai) . Some of the items were missing. While a lot of items were damaged by them due to load of high weightage. Already they did the survey by 3 persons (Namely 1st by rajesh c, 2nd by a carpainter & 3rd by brajesh) and they all are accepting the fault done by the above mentioned packer. I also reqularly following up by their nominated claim personnel (Mr. Anil jingaum mobile no. [protected]) also i talked to the agm (Mr. Anil sharma) but still the matter is pending.
One thing which is very strange for me that they are accepting the fault done by them, they are accepting the insurance coverage done by them but still do not want to neither repair the damaged items / pay the amount for missing items nor they want to pay the insurance. So, this shows that they are cheating the people by accepting the money on the name of insurance but don't want to pay / repair the items missed / lost.
Since 29th march 12, i have made more than 25 calls (>1. 5 month passed) to them but still neither received the missing items nor any repair work done for damaged items.
Its' vey painful to choose such a repected packer & movers & get mental harassment by them.

Shoes;
Kitchen stand hook + rod
Sindur,
Cup - 1
Tv
Pickle - 1 kg
Electric board - 1
& some crokery items.

Hope in future people will deal properly with such prestigeous packers that's what i want to publish my grievance
