[Resolved]  Agarwal Packers & Movers Ltd — poor service & unpunctual

dear sir,
i had booked my household goods & car on 13.08.2012 & 16.08.2012(G.C. NO 828231 & 828232) from Basudevpur(Orissa) to Hodal(Dist-Palwal,Haryana).There is mis-communication between the container & un-loading staff at Hodal .As a result of which i had to stand at least 7hrs to unload my household goods. Inspite of repeated request & telephone my car (G.C. no 828232) has not recived yet .what is the time period to reach car from Bhubaneswar to Hodal ?As 11 days has lapsed no response from the agrarwal groups received.This type o[censored]n-professional & poor service is not expected from a reputed packers.you are requested to do corrective measures at the earliest.
