[Resolved] Agarwal Packers & Movers — Over Charge & goods damaged & stolen | |||
Pls help, I have relocated to Nashik from Baroda on 12th June 2012, I got the number of Agarwal Packers & Movers.. order them for the relocation from Baroda To nashik.... At the time when stock was unloading...there were 50 odd cartoon unloaded.. while unloading the goods my Sofa set got damaged... latar on when we opened cartons..of temples we missed Silver idol of Lord Ganesha & Laxmi along with two Silver coins kept in Temple space....which costs 20000.. I had word with the concern person they asked me to take snaps & mail us , we will revert.. After 2-3 days they even not replied & stop picking phone.. then i approached to garwal Packers & Movers office in Nashik.. While producing the bills & details Agrwal Packers & Movers denied nd said its duplicate P&M,.they have copied our symboles & all which is very much resembling to ours...but its not ours... Latar on i called that fellow in Baroda..& he said you may go to Consumer Court...we are actually not Agarwal P &M.. Agarwal Packers and Movers(p) Ltd — Damaged Goods
I shifted my home (including furnitures,electronic goods etc) from Mumbai to Delhi.My consignment number is 577743. The goods were unloaded in delhi with many of the goods damaged.My table fan was totally broken, Steel Almirah broken,table broken,chairs broken.The company has acted irresponsibly in handling my goods and over that they have asked me to get some fabricators and repair my goods on my own while they will pay me some petty 300 bucks for it.A guy called b.kVyas from corporate office in delhi has behaved and acted hrribly wih me in this regard and has shown absolute no co-operation. No one is caring...its onother site which only made for add thats all...no one is responding & calling in this regard...

Accurate Movers & Packers Pvt Ltd — Damage and loss of goods
Accurate movers and Packers is worst. Pl do not use them ever. Anubhav Relocation Pvt ltd is their sister concern. I am too much distressed with Accurate Movers & Packers Pvt Ltd service. They gave me all wrong information and false commitments. Never fulfilled any of services criteria. I booked the whole carrier and paid for full carrier but what I can see that goods were loaded in different carrier and received in different carrier. This is breach of trust. Most of the materials received damaged. However they told in beginning that the cost is high since they will be paying for no entries, toll taxes and independent carrier but I can see that they violated everything. To make more profit they brought the goods in shared carrier and in Hyderabad changed the truck. Due to carrier change all my goods damaged. I confirmed with “Yamini travels” with whom they were supposed to send the material but last moment sent by shared carrier.Moreover I reported missing of four articles in confirmation o[censored]nloading guys which they never reported back for latest status. What about the lost article?
To repair damaged materials in place of sending the carpenter they sent the same person Sikandar who was unloading the goods. Fixing of furniture is very bad since it was not done by professional carpenter.
Nothing heard for the Fridge, Almirah, crockery and other things.
