Air Deccan — Poor handling customer services

I had travelled from Air deccan flight DN 666 dt 21.6.2007 from Delhi to Mumbai. My one suit case has been broken and inspite of repeated request over phone ,sms and written no body is responding and last month they hv sent my broken suitcase (aristocrat )after repairing. Your mumbai office did not respond me seriously and neither replaced the suit case nor compensate the same and I have to suffer physical,monetary and mental loss for which Air deccan is responsible that too after giving false assurance.

Deccan — Poor Service

I was scheduled to travel from coimbatore to bangalore(Ticket Number:5605076) on the[protected], the filght was delayed by over 2 hours and I had to drive to bangalore. The staff at the counter mentioned that Deccan Tickets do not come with a refund scheme and I'd lose the entire amount. I was not really convinced and I called up the call centre (Karnataka -
[protected]) to check with them and instead of answering to my queries the customer support staff says " GO and check with the guy who told you that there is no refund" even worse was his response when I asked for a supervisor I could talk to, he simply says that all of them had gone for a meeting and no one was avaliable. After a futile argument he finally left me hanging for about 10 mins before his supervisor arrived and I got to hear a whole different story. The supervisor was however polite and considerate and I have filed a complaint(Number117212). Lets see what happenes?

Airdeccan — Refund from Airdeccan

I am expecting refund of approximately 2000/- from AirDeccan for past 9 months. I booked a ticket from Hyderbad to Delhi at Hyderabad airport and cancelled it a week before the scheduled flight.
I have been contacting Airdeccan authorities at Hyderabad airport regularly and am always informed that their servers are down and they are unable to pull out my cacelled flight information.

on 27th march 2008 i took flightNo.766 PNR 6862085, Sl.No 70 Seat no.23A From Bangalore to Bhubaneswar. At Bangalore Air port my E -Bill/Ticket in which the flight fare was mention was taken at Check in. In order to claim my Flight charge I have to produce E-bill.

While cancelling a ticket customer service says that u will receive the refund in next 10 working days. I cancelled my tickets on 12th April and its 1st May today. I havent received the refund yet. Have constantly contacted them, everytime i call i am made to stay on hold in refund section for about half an hour (Please note that air deccan has no toll free number so i have to make std calls from chhattisgarh). Today also when i made a call i was told that amount has been refunded to my bank but while contacting the bank they say that it has not been refunded! Please tell me wkat to do

Air Deccan — Extremely delay in refund process

I have cancelled one ticket, against this i'm expecting appox 2900INR refund from air decaan. I have my refund reference number: 148039.
Although it was commited to me that refund will be processed within 14 working days. Already more than one month have passed. While I'm calling the only help line in air deccan to know the progress i have to wait for a very long time(30min appox everytime) on the queue to be responded. I have already spent more than 100 Rs on phone it self. I have cancelled this ticket on 9th April. TOday their authorities are saying it will take again 15-30 days time. I have tried to contact their refund head in a given phone number, got no response at all.

Please help me to bring back the money from air deccan.

Air Deccan — Refunds

This is to bring to your notice that I have purcahed tickets for Mumbai-Kolkata vide PNR number 6620198, this flight was cancelled by Air Deccan, After lots of arguments a case for refunds was registerd on 12.04.2008 wrerein I was promised that I will receive the refund in 14 working days, now since last three weeks I have been waiting but no money has come to me. Pl note that it takes more than 30 minutes to cennect for refund and works only 8*5, whiele it takes less than 5 min to book a ticket 24*7!

Air Deccan — Refund of payment

I had booked a flight from Delhi to Lucknow online for 26th May 2007 in the name of Mr. Karamvir Tomar (PNR 7597684) in Air Deccan. flight was scheduled for 1145 hrs. initially it was delayed for 1430 and further it was delayed for 1600 and finally it was cancelled. I did not board any flight, my ticket was stamped and signed by reservation counter staff and I was assured that my refunded amout will be credited in my account. but one weak is over. no action has been taken by refund department. I do not have any option other than going to consumer court. My Mobile is given below:- [protected].

I have applied for a refund from Airdeccan which is pending for the last 4 months . My numerous Complaints to the customer support & Airdeccan escalations have gone in vain .
I have the email address & mobile # of the the person to whom this is escalated and the number is switched off and my numerous emails that has been sent has gone in vain.

My compliant numbers are 189573 and 189824 for refund 2626 and 4150 respectively.

Please let me know how to take this ahead . I am really pissed off with this non-accountability from this airline and finally i am experiencing all the horrific experiences that people around me keep talking about.
