[Resolved] Air Deccan — Missing Baggage

I travelled from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore on 17 May 2008 on Air Deccan flight DN 765. After reaching Bangaore I realized that my baggage was missing.I have filed a PIR(Property Irregularity Report) at the Air Deccan baggage counter and they assured me that they will track my baggage and send it to my home within 7 days. They have given me a number for further follow ups.But even after 10 days I didnt got any call from Air Deccan and when I tried to call the number given by Air Deccan but the numer was switched off. Some how I managed to get the mobile phone number of one of the employe of Air Deccan's Missing Baggage handling division.When ever I calls him he is giving me an answer that he will check and will call me back.I am planning to take legal action against Air Deccan and its staff in this regard.
