Air Tel — cheated on recharge | |
sir I'm a cutomer of [protected] phone possesing for last many years. this August Air tel launched 1947 scheme with full talktime and 1947 days validity. when I enquired from my local dealer he told me that you will get benefit even on 19th of August. I was chared 1947 by the dealer, but my surprise I got only 1700 rupees and one years velidity. the dealer then said he can't help. Still my matter is not solved. I did not get any message about the expirey of the scheme and the local dealer too did not have any info.I live in Happy valley Mussoorie, DT Dehradun. Please take action against the compony for this cheating. The dealers don't supply any receipt but they have their transit IDs and my number in their hard disk of the main office. I am permanent costomer of airtel having mobile No [protected], [protected], [protected] &[protected] once I have subscrive MASTI before five months & now no need of MASTI & your service centre are continously renewed & Deducting it, s cost .Similarly they are deducting hallo Tune cost &if it will be renewed again we will bound for not using your SIM .Please provide us the service No where we can discusse our matter.
