Respected Sir,
I had booked a ticket to GOA from DELHI with SPICE JET,later i have to change the schdule and travel with another airline .I cancelled my ticket with SPICE JET. At the time of cancellation i was informed that the balance amount can be utilised in my further travel.By some reaon i lost my booked PNR no which i found later than i approached to airline booking office for the tickets against the cancellation they informed that the amount has been forfieted since it is one year old .
Sir , i was shocked to hear this .I requested several times but there was no response they said that they can't help as the amount has to be utilised within one year and it has been forfieted.
