[Resolved]  Air Ticket — Invoice and cancellation charges

I have booked the ticket through internet vide booking ID no. NF[protected] with no cancellation charges. The ticket from Bhopal to Mumbai booked without confirmed seat availability and connecting flight from Mumbai to Bhuj made confirmed.
I fail to understand when the originating ticket from Bhopal to Mumbai is not confirmed how can the passenger get the connecting flight. I have contacted the trvel agent for Bhopal to Mumbai and get the confirmed ticket immediately on date 30th June. Though on booking the cancellation charges is not applicable, you have deducted amount of Rs. 2700/- on refund and the invoice value for the connecting flight from Mumbai to Bhuj is not appearing in the ticket to claim with my company.
