[Resolved]  Air Ticket — Not paying the refund after cancellation

I Abhijit Chowdhury, booked round trip tickets on 16/12/2011 - From Agartala to Bangalore/Bengaluru via Hyderabad on December 30, 2011(PNR NO. ADPRAV) & From Bangalore/Bengaluru to Agartala via Kolkata/Calcutta on January 04, 2012 (PNR NO.MDHHAS) of SPICEJET - Booking Ref No.AVZUJU - through - Travelchacha/Culture Holidays (I) Pvt. Ltd.

* First I paid Rs.14,661/-.

** Then I got a message from Travelchacha/Culture Holidays (I) Pvt. Ltd. saying "As per your request,Your transition is successful..booking id-AVZUJU but your ticket not booked due to FAIR INCREASE rs 500.. or we have clearly mentioned on the site.. In case the seats are not available or confirmed on the requested mentioned on the flights, or in case of random fare increase,Travelchacha.com / Culture Holidays India Pvt Ltd will reverse the amount back to your credit card within 2 working days. Kindly proceed if this is acceptable.

*** Then as instructed I paid Rs. 500/- again.

**** i.e. I paid
Amount Paid =14,661
Increase Amount = 500
Total Paid =15,161

**** But I had to cancel the tickets. on 19/12/2011

***** Travelchacha informed me that they will deduct Rs.1000/- from each fare as cancellation charge. i.e. They will deduct Rs. 2000/- in total.

****** But, they are showing that they will refund only - Rs.12,661/- and they would made the refund after 30 days.

******** But, as my calculation I am to get Rs. 13,161/-. So, I requested to check the calculation and refund the amount earliest.

********** Travelchacha is not responding to me and neither they had refunded my amount.

Please help.
