[Resolved] Air Ticket — Non refund of amount of air ticket | |||
Sir, i tried to book air ticket from New Delhi to Port Blair via Kolkata for which deduction of payment have also taken place from my account. But i have not received any message regarding booking of ticket only i got transation id which is [protected] and IRCTC account to which amount Rs. 4927.00 has been credited is [protected]. AIR TICKET REFUND — NON REFUND MY ACCOUNT
INDIGONON REFUND OF MY CANCELLED AIR TICKET AMOUNT OF RS 4;200.00.
I HAVE BOOKED AN AIR TICKET ON 26.05.2011 USING MY CANARABANK DEBET CARD MAA TO GAU WITH FOLLOWING DETAILS;

Since then the amount once debited has not been credited back till now even after writting complaint letters and asking for quick action.
