No response for Rescheduling

We have booked a ticket from Chennai to Mumbai through Goibibo.com. We need to reschedule the flight ticket and made a call to Goibibo customer care. Customer Executive has told us that there was technical issue and could not reschedule. They were not caring to response at all. Just gave the customer care number of Jet Airways as[protected] and disconnected the call. I have called immediately the same number of Jet Airways shared with me....

Fake Ticket

I have given payment for issued a ticket to amazing tours and travels laxmi nagar, but they give me dummy ticket and taken payment from me..now they are not giving payment back to me..i am a employee in this company and bcoz of them i have to pay the full amount from my pocket.They are IATA Company even then they decieved me... My company is not supporting me but i want to take serious action against that fake travel agency.....
