Aircel — 3g internet speed not giving as committed

I am a Hardware and networking professional with CCNA and MCITP. I purchase a 3G SIM and activate 3G by sending SMS 'start 3g' to121 0n 16 th May,the no is [protected], 3G started,but after setting all it is not giving 3G peed,it is giving 128-140 Kbps Mind Not (KBps) up and 150-200 Kbps download approx. I have lodge a complain to customar care the told all are correct we will rectify,but 15 days gun i amusing poor connection speed the have not done anything. I think the are fraud,cheater.My mail address is [protected]@gmail.

Aircel — Poor commitment

Dear all,

I purchase a new postpaid connection from Aircel on 7th April & their executive committed me to activate the same within in 5 hours but this activate after three or four days. I am already called for the same three times at [protected] & the GPRS conectivity for which I purchased the same not activate till now. I already called & mail many times for the same.

I also agree to deactivate my No. & refund my ID & money but they never send their executive for the same. Their executive gave me the connection at my office

Well doesn’t sound like a pleasant experience, but it takes sometime before they can verify your documents and activate your account. Happened with me on my Vodafone account as well, so guess that’s a norm. I found it easier to drop by at the store and talk to the customer service people directly instead of hanging around on the phone that has worked more effectively for me.

Aircel is just cheating in 3g plans...speed is very low but they committed high speed up to 7.3 mpbs//but actually highest speed is sparingly 400 kbps
to
the aircel concerned authority


I have recharged my aircel prepaid no [protected] with rs 198 3g 1 gb pack on 28 may 2012. But considering my usage n subsequent decreased speed I once again recharged my no with Rs 198 for another high speed data of 1gb on 1st june 2012. But soon after recharge a sms came that I have exhaUTSED mu high speed data quota and virtually my second recharge became meaningless. Please answer me what to do...because in 5 days time I have paid Rs 198 + 198 but the speed is as 2g

Please take n/a or return back me Rs 198 or give me 1gb high speed data or I shall carry this message to public n honourable consumer court for getting a suitable justice.

This means companies ARE having hidden strategies to fool people. Guys, , , I think our govt company BSNL may be giving the best service in terms of speed...as my other colleagues are saying.Anyway...lets see how the aircel people give justice to my problem.Now-a-days its very easy to choose any other network but the real problem is that why they will charge much more...but service they deliver is a big laddu...zero

My name is Sujoy. Contact No. [protected]. If people are getting low speed instead of the high speed promised to them. The grievances of the customers are definitely genuine. Concerned authorities should resolve the issue. If not, customers must be compensated and the service provider should also be punished for making false promises.

Business groups should also focus on ethics rather than only profit. If people make it a point not to take service from any particular service provider, that company is sure to get wiped out within no time.
01-Aug-12 i Purchase Aircel 3G Dongle Sim and i recharged 198 rupees but it's not giving good speed ... it's giving only 4.0KB downloading speed ... I called customer care service ... they could not solve my problem... what should i do to increase internet downloading speed ... please guide me ... my number [protected]
