My name is S.Bhowmik. My number is [protected].Today Rs.15 have been deducted without my concern.some tumi to ho dialer tone have been activated without my concern. i called up 198 the executive immediately that person told me she doesnt have the information so call back after 2-4 hours. i called back after 4 hours then a executive forced me that i have received a call number starting with 1400 and activated the service which i didnt.i dont even receive calls from number starting with1400. then he transferred my call to his supervisor and i waited in the queue for 10 mins but no attain my call.then again i called back 198 the executive then told me there is no service activated. i told how can it be possible.then he gave a number 155223 and told me to call this number and deactivate the caller tune.and then call 198 after 2 hours for further details.i am very know to aircel and my connection not 1 month old i am facing this kind of issues. hope my issue will be resolved shortly or i will stop using aircel and opt for port out.

श्रीमान जी मेरे मोबाईल नम्बर ये है [protected] और मैंने 22 जूलाई को आप के यहाँ पर complan की थी aircel company ने मेरे 39 रुपये काट लिए और अब 198 और 121 कस्टमर केयर फ़ोन भी नहीं लगता और 600 sms भी काट लिए है और मेरा बैलेंस भी नहीं लोटाया है

I am vinidkumar and my number [protected] and my last recharge on this number is RS 99, today ie 18/10/2014, checked my balance and all of sudden my balance from RS 66/- it came down to RS 6/- i called customer care service on this issue whether my balance was deducted, if deducted why??
one of your agent (Srilatha) responded to my call and i asked her same Query regarding my balance and she was saying that i have activated some kind of VAS through USSD code and got RS 6/- deducted, i made her very clear that i did'nt activate any kind of VAS, and then what is that VAS service and what's use of it, she simply said refused to say that and i asked her to refund my amount for that she given a number to deactivate VAS service and asked me to call again, i refused to do do and she closed the call

i called for the 2nd time and another agent responded to my call she was saying that i have activated RS37/- pack by USSD on 12th of this month (yes i activated it on my own) i informed her and said that after activating that pack my balance form 99/- it came down to 66/- i need information from 66/- RS she simply said i dont have any update after 12th on your number.
finally, i just want to know whether my balance was deducted or not if why ??????
hello, sir, i m very upset about the aircel customer care service because when i complain them about my balance deduction problem they just tell me different story as u subscribe this service or that service etc...and never refund my balance ..this time they deduct 75rs. from my aircel no...[protected] & not refunding my balance ...so please kindly help me
Sir, I am a user of yours . and my number is [protected] . I had not subscribed to any of the packs like 'Video Talkies' and something like 'Purana Pack' . I have been deducted 15 + 5Rs. today in morning after I had done recharge of 30Rs. . I want my money to be refunded as i hadn't activated any of these 2 packs . I cann't think that you provide this type of service :(

please have my money refunded soon, or i am gonna complain further of break my sim card :(

i got my balance deducted on 28th oct 2014. I called to their customer care executive, they didn't behave well. Then i sent a msg for portability. Your executive called me but could not satisfy me and gave me an attractive plan for free of charge that can be utilized for next six month. He told me that i will get a msg within 24 hours. I have not still received any msg and you have deducted my balance again. And their customer care service is very very poor. For me It worst network among all.

A deduction of of ₹ 10, 5 and 1 happened few days back and I complained for that but the cce said that there was some technical problem at there place so they can not get any info about my account and said you will get the money back. My balance is automatic deducted because the reason of automatic subscribe the glam music . so please deactivate this service in my number ([protected])
When I send request to stop Vas Service they show me that there are no Vas Service Activated on my Mobile No. [protected]. And after Recharge my no. They deduct my balance. I have a net pack also but they also cut my Balance
When I call Aircel Customer Care tha Representive Says me that "This is not our Problem that is ur problem sir. I want to refund my Balance Back ...

My name is Saksham, aircel number [protected]. I bought a new aircel connection a week before so I got some balance and net on it. While I was playing a game on my device, an ad popped up and I accidently clicked it. This had happened a few times before so I ignored it and pressed the back button. Then I got a message saying thank you for your request and some service name was given. When I checked my balance Rs.50 were deducted from my account. So I contacted the Customer Care and the representative told me I was subscribed to some video service. I had the service disabled but I didn't got my money back. He said it was not in his hands.This is totally wrong. I want justice.

I am aircel user with no. [protected].
I never feel such a bad difficulty in any other opreters.i have not activated any services on my number.
But today i have recharged with 40 rs. In aircel prepaid. And i get 36 rs. .but after 20 mins of recharging i get a message from aircel and "thank you for choosing tiny tv service." And 30 rs was cut in my main account.i call at 155223 and it says there is no service activate on your no.
So tell me what should i do. I am very dissappointed.please return my balance.

I have been facing unfair balance deduction. In totality Rs97 has been deducted from my account. This has not just happened once but 5times. Whenever i try calling the customer care the line stays busy and I am unable to make my complaint regarding the matter. Please look into the matter as i have suffered by time since quite sometime now.
