[Resolved]  Aircel — balance deduction

My name is S.Bhowmik. My number is [protected].Today Rs.15 have been deducted without my concern.some tumi to ho dialer tone have been activated without my concern. i called up 198 the executive immediately that person told me she doesnt have the information so call back after 2-4 hours. i called back after 4 hours then a executive forced me that i have received a call number starting with 1400 and activated the service which i didnt.i dont even receive calls from number starting with1400. then he transferred my call to his supervisor and i waited in the queue for 10 mins but no attain my call.then again i called back 198 the executive then told me there is no service activated. i told how can it be possible.then he gave a number 155223 and told me to call this number and deactivate the caller tune.and then call 198 after 2 hours for further details.i am very know to aircel and my connection not 1 month old i am facing this kind of issues. hope my issue will be resolved shortly or i will stop using aircel and opt for port out.

श्रीमान जी मेरे मोबाईल नम्बर ये है [protected] और मैंने 22 जूलाई को आप के यहाँ पर complan की थी aircel company ने मेरे 39 रुपये काट लिए और अब 198 और 121 कस्टमर केयर फ़ोन भी नहीं लगता और 600 sms भी काट लिए है और मेरा बैलेंस भी नहीं लोटाया है

Hi friend, is your DND service activated. As you must know the dialer tune and friend zone are both automated services and hence need user confirmation to be activated, it can happen when you respond to the promo calls or messages. It is suggested that you get your DND activated to block all these calls.
Aircel is continuously deducting balance from my no. Rs. 15 were deducted yesterday 5-4-2010, and customer care is not responding.help me

after disconecting the service call from aircel rs 45/- deducted from main balance , several times customer care commited to refund the amount but does not given any possitive feed back from the supervisor team of aircel & misbehabiour from the customer care executives.
Try and visit the nearest Aircel store and report your problem.
plz provide me Rs 45/- talk time which is applicable to me...other wise i regester the complane on TRAI...plz look the matter

Aircel — balance deducted from account

I have an aircel prepaid connection no.[protected], yesterday dated 18-04-10 , I recharged my account with Rs.50, and I recieved total of Rs 43 something and there was also some balance in my account prior to recharge ,therefore after recharging with Rs 50 , I had around Rs 45-46 in my account.

Today dated 19-04-10 ,in the morning I recieved a message telling me that aircel has renewed my music on call ...something something service and they deducted Rs 30 from my account,but I have never applied for any such service, when I called customer care (121) & (198), they refused to write my complaint by telling me all the stupid reasons, like their service is not working, whatever... after they told me call back in 2 hrs, which I did and again they said the same thing and told me to call back again, after many requests they told me they are transferring my call to their senior , they put me on hold for 2-3 min, and after that they disconnected the call.

I am very disturbed and harrased by this behaviour and I want my amount Rs 30 back otherwise I am willing to go to consumer forum and file a written complaint.

My aircel no. is [protected]. Within last two days(19/05/2010 & 21/05/2010) Rs.60 have been deducted from my balance on name of dialer tunes and voice chat services. No request for such has been made by me and when i complained no checking was done and simply said that nothing can be done. I want my money back as soon as possible otherwise I will have to a strict action against Aircel.
Have you tried to visit the nearest Aircel store, at times a face to face interaction can yield better results. Just visit them and discuss your problem

I RECHARGED FOR RS.5O ON 24.5.2010.MY EXIXTING BALANCE AT TAT TIME WAS RS.19.02.AFTER RECHARGE I CHECKED MY BALANCE AND CONFIRMED IT TO BE RS.69.02.BUT AFTER 4 DAYS THE BALANCE IN MY CELL WAS ONLY RS.2.52.WE HAVE GIVEN A WRITTEN COMPLAINT ALREADY.KINDLY LET US KNOW Y THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!PLS DO LET US NO ABOUT IT........

Aircel — deduction of bal abnormally

aircel started deducting my bal abnormally...i had 150sms bal but that bal turned into a 0 about an hour later...i have no pending msgs in my outbox...but when i checked my sms counter i saw that abt 150SMSs were sent to [protected] without my consent..and the best part is when i called up this num it said that number didn't even exist..i thought that was some technical problem of aircel and recharged with 150rs voucher....within 1hrs my bal became 0 again...my phone is not sending any msgs...someone is surely doing foul things....i called them up and they are not even close to solving the problem and most of them dont even understand anything about networking....i want my bal back...

You were quite right, it is possibly an technical error and can be fixed when you discuss it nearest Aircel store, once the issue is identified it can be solved in no time. Good luck.

AIRCEL TELECOMMUNICATION — reduction of balance from my main account despite the using offer for internet.

I recharged with Rs.98 pakage beraring mobile no.[protected] which provides unlimited browsing along with a validity of 30 days.During this when i browse on the mobile I have been cut out money from my main balance which is totally aganist the concerned offer and not only this but also due bad services i loss about Rs.1500/. when i contact to the custamer care execautive the foprward my complaint forward with an action. However i have still reamaining validity upto july 22.
this is the easy way to redress our griverances by this forum as it is the in my terms it is "the court of layman"
This is strange, I am sure they have forwarded your complaint, you can also visit the nearest Aircel store and report your problem.
I recharged with Rs 10 on 10th july 2010. I had also deactivated the voice chat service prior to the recharge. But now the company says balance has been deducted because voice chat service is activated. I am feeling helpless.

This is to let you know that i am an old customer of Aircel of Jharkhand-Bihar region and i am facing big problems these days as my balances get autumatically deducted from more than two hundred to forty paise only. when talked to customer care- he told me that they have the record of last 2 months only, which says a deduction of Rs 30 due to dialertone, which i never been applied. after enquiry they refunded Rs 30 only but about the rest amount they are just telling- "can't say". Ridiculous, please help meto get the datail. where my balance moved out.

I have been continuously in roaming between Jharkhand, Hazaribagh- Delhi- and Jaipur, Rajasthan.
* on 1st of jan 2010 i moved towards jaipur. at that time the balance was more than 2 hundred
* then i replaced the sim with jaipur one.
* on may 24th i again back to jharkhand, i replaced the sim with aircel and found a balance of Rs 0.4 only.
* please clear all these matter and help me to get my account so that i can continue the service of aircel properly

Aircel — without any info dialler tone actiavated

i have talk to mr.vijay kumar (Team leader) .i have complaint about the dialler tune.i Have not requeseted for any caller tune.but there are not listening me and misbehaving with me .mr. vijay told me that i have requested the dialler tune but this my grandmothers no.she not known about any caller tune.so pls refund us the money back. as soon as Possible.
I can understand your problem, but there is a solution to it as well. At times you are not aware and respond to those marketing calls and messages. Hence register for the DND service and resolve your issue.
