[Resolved]  Aircel — GPRS not working

i hav purchased aircel postpaid no and activate aircel unlimited gprs on it and from the day of activation i havent use the gprs service and i called customer care around 20-25 times but they always said that the service will b start in 24 hours. my cell no is [protected] and i want to giv dis no back to the company and wants my security back instantly...please help me on this...

I guess u just need to reinstall the settings, u can just ask the aircel guys to send u the setting once more….or visit the nearest store if the problem persists……I am sure it will be sorted out immediately

my self sunil kumar, i am from arki, distt. solan. i have carry your aircel connection ([protected]) and i am using pocket intenet on this no. last two or three days, i m handling problem. I want to told you, i am able to connect PI but i am troubled to open any page or site. then i talk to coustmer care but i am not got good response.
pls resolve my query as soon as posible.

hey i have motorola ROKR E6 and i have aircel sim card i tried to connect GPRS but it wont happen i even called up customer care but it wont work out plez help me to connect Aircel GPRS for motorola ROKR E6...

I have Kp220 Lg brand new, am unable to activate pocket internet or GPrs. some Plsssssssssss help me activate Pocket internet... when i tried to call and sms things never worked, its asking for pin number. when i typed 1234, 1111 or 0000 or 12345 it says pin length don't match. Manual setting not working as well... some plssssssss help meeeee as soon as u can...I am sickkkkkkk
my self mukesh please suggest me how to start pocket internet on my computer through LG KG 195 .

Mera naam santosh chowhan hai may kolkata mein rahta hu. Mein aircel customer hu mera mobile number [protected] hai. Dear sir maine jab se sim kharid hu tab se mera gprs kaam nahi kart hai. Mein jab bhi customer care mein complain karta hu tab customer care wale mujhe complain number dete hai aur bolte hai tin din mein aapka problem solve ho jayega magar mera gprs ka problem thik hota nahi. maine phir haal mein[protected] ko gprs ka complain diya tha complain number hai [protected] customer care se mujhe kaha gaya tha aap ka problem tin din mein thik ho jayega magar thik hua nahi. dear sir aircel customer care mein baar baar complain deta hu. woh mujhe baar baar complain number deta hai aur bolta hai aap ka gprs ka problem tin din mein thik ho jaayega magar woh thik hota nahi. dear sir aap jald se jald aircel ke khilaf koi action le.
I can understand your problem my friend, I would suggest you to visit the nearest Aircel store, which you can easily find in Kolkata. There you can get your settings checked and activated. I believe you will have no further complaints.

i have Gprs activated Aircel prepared connectionn and i mat pocket pc. i sent sms to 121 (PI) but and iam not able to recieve the settings.

i have number of aircel [protected] for the last of when services has been started in jammu & kashmir and i was using GPRS, but when i changed my hand set of mobile phone i have lost my GPRS settings. Pease send settings for my handset I phone abdul majid wani

You do not have the validity, it got expired hence we are not able to contact you. Also no tagging found in system, you need to recharge with any Plan Voucher and dial *221# to get the Pi settings.
