[Resolved]  Aircel — service

i have recharged with Rs.98 for working on the internet on 30th may as they proposed a pocket internet plan where i can connect my phone to my computer and connect to the internet but they aren't giving me the right settings for this service my recharge is about to end but still they haven't provided me the settings when call the customer care they just say that you will receive the settings my complaint no. is 1*[protected].I now want that they either forward the amount to my call balance or should count the days when i receive the correct settings.I request you to please attend my complaint and act as soon as possible. I will be very thankful to you

Its probably a communication error between you and Aircel, so you must visit the nearest Aircel store to register your complaint directly and more effectively.
how to connect intenet to pc
Hi,

My name is Yakub Mohammad Ishaque.I wanted to convert the Reliance GSM connection to AIRCEL
My Reliance Gsm number is [protected] Recipt no: 357860.
I applied the form on 7/4/2011 at Aircel Gallery in Borivali (W)
which is near by to station. I live in Virar from there i came to Borivali to submit a form
1 time i went there i reached at 8:02 pm at that time the half door was open i asked security i just wanted to fill
the form and submit so he just no you cannot go in then he went to call manager out he came he gave me the form
he told me fill this form and carry along with you tommrow next day i came and i submited the form
and he commited me that it will activate within 7 days but still i am waiting is this the way you treat a
new customer even i haven't recived any call from you or any sms that it has been delayed atleast you should
inform the customer. I dont know what is wrong so better i you are going to convert my service then let me
know or else there are many telecom company who provides good service.So try to improve in your service
and let me know when my network is going to convert Thanks for ur time. Please do the needful.

A bull service. I am trying to call the customer service number on 121 since last 10 days, but it does not gets connected. The IVR is set as (All our customer service representative are busy on another call, please hold the line or try back later) then it gets disconnected saying (Thank you calling aircel). The biggest bull service. 198 does not gets connected and if by chance it gets connected, no one speaks. Today I tried 10 times continuously and fortunately one guy picked my call. When I told him that I have Internet issue, he is asking me whether I got free Internet? I said I am using this number ([protected]) for more than a year and its a post paid then how will I get it free? he replied I cannot trace your number as its a post paid and this help line (198) is only for prepaid. Another shocking answer. He asked me to visit aircel store which I am not sure where is it? He asked me to type Store with my pincode and send it to 121 an disconnected. Can I get an answer for this ?
