[Resolved]  Aircel — Aircel is cheating through GPRS service

I am using Motorola L9 with Aircel Connection No:[protected]
First Pocket Internet Recharged with Rs.14/- for test but not tried through computer it worked good not well.
Second time i recharged again with Rs.14/- and the worst service is started after trying to connect through PC. when i complained to Customer Care they said that due to technical up-gradation Pocket Internet Service is not working till 31/07/2009.
After 31/07/2009 i asked two to three times from Customer Care about Internet Service, they said Yes Sir it is working fine then I Recharge with Rs.98/- Pocket Internet easyrecharge on 07/08/2009
Since above date i am unable to use GPRS Service frequently, only sometimes i used it but many times i got the following errors;

when i try to open brower on mobile
suddenly "G" (GPRS symbol) disappeared
and error message shows "Network not available" or "Data Server not available"
&
when i try to open by Computer through Motorola Phone Tools
again On mobile screen "G" (GPRS symbol) disappeared
and error message shows "The GPRS connection could not be established, make sure that you have subscribed to the DATA option and that the network is accessible. Contact your service provider for more details"

I have complained to Customer Care regularly, (here are some complaint Numbers i.e. R[protected] of 12/08/09,[protected] of 19/08/09 and reopened it[protected] on 26/08/09, [protected] of 31/08/09)
they used to say it is due to "Network conjuction", kindly tell me from 07/08/09 to till date your network suffers by "Network conjuction"?
One time Customer Care officer has been called she told me the manual settings but not able to access through this setting.
then again I contacted to Customer Care On 28/08/2009 @ 00:10 hrs he asked my problem again and said you will be called back within 24hours almost 10:00 am to 12 O'clock on 28/08/2009 through Ticket No:175222 please tell them your problem again, i wait whole day but no call back has been received within 4 days.Then i Complained again
and my problem has been solved temporarily on 30/08/2009. After that day i am able to use it frequently when i tried I get conneted. A call back by Customer Care has been received in between I told him that it is working fine Thank You. As i recharged on 07/08/2009 for 30 days internet and it was working well so I recharged again with Internet Package of Rs.98/- for 30days more. Again the above problem is started.
On 11/09/2009 I complained to Customer care again. He give me a Ticket No:183148 and told me that I will be called back on 14/11/2009.

Customer Care Officer used to say that my problem will rectify within 24/72 hours but till date i am complaining. sometimes they asked my address where I m using it. I want to use this service on my mobile not on my fixed phone line anyway I told them two addresses from where i want to use but Actually they are fail to resolve my problem yet.

Some other error messages received when i try to connect through PC
The PPP link control protocol was terminated. If you use a Proxy server you may need to uncheck the server settings to access this connection see help for details.
and
A connection to the remote computer could not be established. You might need to change the network settings for this connection.
Sometimes it connected but not worked as data sent 143 bytes and data received 1152bytes is not been increased.

Sometimes it works So my settings are Ok i think.

Proxy 1: 172.17.83.69
Port 1 :8080
Timeout : 15 minutes
GPRS APN: aircelwap
rest all are blank

Dial- up setting

APN : aircelweb or aircelgprs
Username & Password : blank (null)

I have been with Airtel and frequently used their GPRS Service since more than one and half year.

I have been with Airtel and frequently used their GPRS Service since more than one and half year.
Strange I have had an excellent experience with the Aircel GPRS service and its connectivity. I think what you could do is one reset your GPRS settings with the help of customer care and second you could just simply visit the nearest Aircel store to talk to the technical people there. Out of personal experience I can say this will be in place in no time. Happy surfing

Change Network settings Automatic to manual. coz i had the same problem after this its work for me.

Hey friend i m also coustomar of aircel there service is very bad. i m close of there service and using now idea. idea is the best for speed and gud there custmar care ppl. u can realy try. thow that cheetar aircel.
Hey frds i am also using and i can't say that it is good and it also not so bad.it is so cheap as compare to other but it is very slow...
I can use it but i am not satisfy.
i m also getting problem, using aircel net...i m getting connection problem, one sevice msg comes time n time n disconnect my net, again i have to redial, i call customercare 2...3.. times but they didn't listen my complain, n they disconnect the call saying thanks for calling customer care...
now aircel is truely cheating the customer...
this is the msg which comes time n time n disconnect my net connection...

I am faceing same net malfunctioning problem .
as i am using aircel gprs i am no properly receiving good signals for few days sill its there, no tower signals and connectivety is very low
