[Resolved]  Aircel — BAD CONNECTIVITY

To whomsoever it may concern,

I am one of the proud subscribers of Aircel mobile connection residing in Chennai. I am greatly impressed with the service of Aircel and also the kind of response. I am happy with Aircel because it offers me complete peace of mind, as it BLOCKS ALL THE INCOMING CALLS & SMS and keeps me actively involved in the my work. None of my friends are ABLE TO REACH me in any emergency and similarly I am also not able to reach any of my friends using AIRCEL connection. Hats off to AIRCEL for the tremendous job to HELP PEOPLE NOT TO COMMUNICATE and for your wonderful CONNECTIVITY.

Such a BAD experience is not only faced by me alone but also with most of my friends who use AIRCEL connectivity. I still wonder for the reason to continue using the AIRCEL connection. I have used all other mobile phone network connection and I can openly say that AIRCEL is the WORST and no other mobile phone connectivity can EVER BE COMPARED WITH AIRCEL.

I took the connection only by 1st of April 2008 and I badly want to exit from AIRCEL network before 26th April 2008.

Thanks for your "WONDERFUL" SUPPORT. And you have added one another proud customer to spread the NEGATIVE WORD OF MOUTH about AIRCEL

i have taken a new aircel connection 10 days back.my no. is [protected]. i am facing a strange problem. whenever i am trying to call any no. (aircel or others) i cant connect the call easily. even if i can connect the call is getting hang in middle of conversation. i am facing a lot of difficulties because of this.i cant make very important calls. i have complained to customer care several times but in vain. i want you to take immediate action.

I fully agree with u. I'm a local of bangalore and recently got the AIRCEL sim recently. it's no less than a small piece of i got for 350 rupees. no messages or incoming calls. my friends keep calling and messaging but i recieve nothing.

people, it's a worth of a thing. Don't buy. i really wanna get rid of it.

Don't fall for the lucrative offers of AIRCEL. It sucked right from the day one i got it.
i recently got the student plan in bangalore. And i agree 100%. Evert time i want to send messages i need to go out of my house. There is absolutely no connectivity inside the house. I[censored]r planning to buy this plan i suggest that u wait untill they fix this connectivity problem (if they ever do it).
