as i didnt get my original bill for last month. But they have said that they sent 2 to 3 times, but i didnt get.They are not ready to give me the bill directly.Without original bill they want me to pay the amount... There is no proper response... for the last 8 months i have not got my original bill in my hand, but i need to pay the amount before due date how its possible. otherwise send the soft copy of the bill to my mail id before due date of the bill every month.
