[Resolved]  Aircel — poor service

Address:Budgam, Jammu and Kashmir

As we r the residents of a town of budgam district namely Alamdar colony Chrari sharief. As in our area there is a huge network of Aircel.Inspite of this there is a very poor service regarding network.In our town we have got 2-3 aircel towers but still there is network problem .which is a headache in our area....
Please guide accordingly...

Hello!

Sir/Mam Myself R. Kalyanaraman staying in chennai for about a year and a half. I have been experiencing with unknown phone calls and abuse messages from unknown recipients. I hv lodged complaint in sembiam police station Perambur chennai. Now the thing is that police wants the list o[censored]nknown call numbers and sms messages stored at your end. I will be very greatful to you if you Pls do help me in this regard.

I HAVE REQUSED FOR CALLER RING BACK TONE(CALLER TUNE) THEY SUBSCRIBE ME FOR THAT, BUT IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY IN A DAY ONLY TWO OR THREE TIMES THE SONG CAN BE LISTEN AS CALLER TUNE & REST OF TIME ONLY RING IS COME IN HEAR. I am sureshkumar now i am staying in hosur. last week one offer has came weekly magagine by anantha vikadan for aircel card he gaves i received that card i was sending the message to aircel customer care by instruction type that time i had receive one message he told "thanks for your request you will get the confirmation message once the service is activated" still i am not reeiving that confirmation message from aircel customer care immediatly you take an action otherwise i will complaint to court . my new number:[protected]
Customer Care Associate

1. They will not care about customer's urgency or situation they are very
irresponsible.
2. If they dont know the answer they will put you waiting and disconnect the call after some mins.
3. TL are less trained they dont know english. Worst than associate.
4.They dont know english but they will start talk english then it will be tamilish.
5.If you call continously differenct assoiciates will give different solutions for the same
problem. One will say will take one day. One will say can be done in four hours. and one
will say if have any relation with Aircel it can be done imm.TL will say two days.
6. they will always give another number put the customer in rounding if you dont know
the answer or dont want to do that.

I have 3 number of Aircel under CUG connection recently i am experiencing very poor signals from the operator and they are sending us their promotional SMS, Calls which I think it is unnecessary for me and that too during our busy schedules. Now they have started to promote their business by using the "Call information display" which is an added value that we are getting, (this will show us in which area we are, which is very useful for us when we are travelling duirng night times) When I called the customer care they told me that this cannot be changed and if you donot want this information you can switch off the call information display. Look this is how the customer care is behaving with us. I have decided to shift to other operators atleast the coverage and signal is good.

i met lot o[censored]nsatisfied problem for ur customer care at coimbatore .its very worst care . i[censored] can solve my problem (r[protected] at 14th03;;r[protected] at 19th )u can do &call me (they told wrong conformation even team leader also spoke with me and told lie .i know some team leader .more over one person spoke with me he told that his name &designation is prakash "branch manager"but he didn't solved my problems with he struggled.at that time i asked u r not a BM suddenly he cut the call. very very worst.u can see how many times i called to prepaid customer care ([protected]) u can verified all my calls .i dont need that money but worst custoer care with some few tl.

I purchase new aircel sim on 4/6/09. But not at activate from aircel to till date outgoing/incomming also not worked so sir pls talk to airrcel office no. [protected] Mr vivek or [protected] mr salim
i took a new connection on 1st july, 2009 and recharged with rs 98 to use pocket internet.. as my phone has to be setup manually for GPRS.. i calld customer care to request for manual settings, they said they'll call me in 24 hrs but ive recived no call from them... i calld them almost four times but they always say ill get the call in 2-4 hrs but i dont recived any call... four days of my 30 day validity are wasted and im very much annoyed with this stupid connetcion.. moreover the network is soooooooooo poor and the customer care ka number milta hi nahi... i pick up the fone after 20 trys of mine..

I don’t agree with you completely buddy – my experience with Aircel has been good and they have been quite prompt in responding to my queries… I think its just a matter of chance
allways AIRCELL customer service payments totally cheeting co.
bhai ek baat batao tum log dhoni ko kitne paise dete ho agar tum lon apni servise mai is paise ko lagaoge to kya bigd jaega . tumhari GPRS ki service itni bekar hai kya batao ek to connect hi nahi hota or connect ho jaye to speed bilkul nahi aati . are yaar kuch kro yaar tum bolte ho ki tum 460 kbps ki speed dete ho tumhari speed keval 64 kbps ki hai or kya type karoo tumhara server down ho jaega ...
As far as I know all billings are fully automated and are based on your usage. I think you just need to call the customer care and understand your amount and how the Aircel has arrived at it. They are pretty helpful guys out there I am sure it would help…
Respected sir., my name is Ganesh Kamath & my mobile no is [protected]. The problem with Aircel is that per day i recieving at least 4-5 calls from customer care & unlimited SMS from them. When ever i am going to sleep i had to switch of my mobile other wise i cant take rest also. For this matter i also given complaint to Aircel customer care but its helpless they even not writing the complaints also, just telling us that it will corrected within 24 hours but after 24 days also it didnt done. Now Aircel customer care tell me where i can go ?.Switch to other network or my problem will solved ANSWER US
Well friend the solution is to get your DND service activated which will block all these calls and messages.
