Aircel — DEDUCTION OF MONEY

FROM LAST THREE MONTHS, THEY ARE CHARGING MONEY FOR MISS CALL ALERT SERVICES WHICH I NEVER ACTIVATED. MANY TIMES I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY NEVER ANSWER MY CALL. STOP THE SERVICE IMMEDIATE.

Aircel — Deduction of money without my concern

Dear Sir,
yesterday evening at 6 aircel activated a callertune service without my concern and deducted 30rs from my account.then again at might night before sleeping i checked my balance it was 29rs and in the morning when i woke up my balance was 00.00rs.i called up the customer care of aircel and they told me that sir you have opted for some song listening service so we have deducted for the same.Sir my concern is i havent opted any of the two services but they have activated automatically from there end and deducted my money.how could they activate any service without the concern of the customer and deduct money.I please request you to take this case as very seriously.

These are automated services and cannot be activated without the customers’ will. It might have occurred unknowingly, just ask the Customer care to deactivate the same. If you haven’t activated the DND service, you should go for it, which will stop all unwanted messages and calls to your number.

On 20.08.11 without my permission there was a deduction of Rs. 49 from my main account. I have launched a complain (No.- SR 1-[protected]). On 22.08.11 there was a reply SMS from Aircel company stated that the problem is solved but till now my problem is unsolved that means there is no refund of my money and after my several calling they are not attending my call.

today i activated my sms card for rs9 and despite of that aircel activates my HASY KAVITA subscription of rs30 .. i dunno what aircel upto i aint made any declaration neither typed any code for its activation just unnecessarily they deduct 30 ...

when i tried to contact to there customer care on 121 for what aircel charges 50 paise for 3min.. one executive attended me and after listening my complaint said- technical problem on our side we cant process u right now call after 1 hr.. again i made call - same words were repeated..

if aircel want donation they should ask directly . they deducting for talking to their executive for nothing.


please look out for problem. immediate attention required..

i did not started any service but company is deducting my balance 10Rs within 2 days
i called customer care but no response from
Sr I m a aircel customer, using aircel number [protected]. On date 21aug13 my ballance of 529/-( rupees) has been deducted, as I contact with aircel helpline they told that the money was deducted for a valid reason, so it can't be refundable. Also they have put my call in blocklist so now I m nt able to contact them. Sr what the reason they have given is a silly type. Sr here I find no other way to get compensate against this loss. So I m contacting you . Sr pls take a action against this issue so that I could cover with my loss. Thnkyou

I' m using internet in mobile .
In that application /web in bottom Advertising will
come and if we touch the screen advertising pop up the
money is deducted from main balance and it will
never ask for confirmation.
In my case advertising appears and i didn ' t
touch the ad and then too money is deducted from
main balance and it will never ask for
confirmation.
My money is deducted from main balance when ever advertising is appearing( and i didn ' t clicked or
touched also )
Why the advertising is not asking confirmation?
This is a serious offence from all mobile service
provider and advertising company.
Now in Aircel it is continuously happening .
On 30th sept 2014 and on 3rd oct den on 9th oct and den on 11thoct .I visited some website and i
didn' t clicked any ads and my amount was
deducted without my confirmation/consent. on the same day i
visited some website but the website went down
and aircel will redirect website there vas website
deducted my balance ( Total 170 Rs was
deducted from my balance ) .
I have tried to contact customer care, but they
are not responding my calls properly and
neglecting
I demand the Mobile service provider why are
you not giving confirmation option for customer
while activating the advertising ?

Sir,
after every 3 or 4 days I am loosing my balance by Rs.5.After complaining to customer care they are saying no service is activated, sometimes says server is down and after showing anger they says that one service was activated this will be deactivated soon.Again they are deducting Rs.5 after 3 days .No one is taking seriously .

Sr when I commit recharge my aircel no [protected] more than 30 rupees it deducts automatically then I commit a complain cust care they did not solve problem they activates two or three another services and today I complain 198 care there was Amit he activates two another services and talking to me very rudely sr please all extravagant services in my no must be removed
