[Resolved]  Aircel India — Balance Deduction without reason

With due respect
I would like to inform you that I am having a Aircel connection whose number is [protected].
Recently I have taken the connection and I was having Rs.738 in my balance.
On 19/05/13 from my account Rs.10 was deducted without reason,when I called the customer care he told me that Your balance will be refunded within 24 hours but I did not got that already 54 hrs passed.

Day before yesterday i.e. 20/5/13 ,I received a call by your customer agency informing about Internet packs.I strictly say Am not interested but he continue telling details about it.
Then I asked him that is there any unlimited 2G Plan?he replied back with the pack details but I say thank u,am not interested.
In the same eve around 7 pm I check my account and found My balance is Rs.339 only which means From my account Rs.399 has been deducted.

For details you can listen to the call recordings.
So its my humble request that you please refund me my money back in my account as I have not done anything.
Am not satisfied with the interaction of customer agency as they are not giving proper information.

AirCell — balance deducted without use

i have been using the mob no. [protected] of Aircell. my balance Rs 35 has deducted on 29 nov 2009 without uses of services. my complaint no is - 1-[protected] dt 30 nov 2009.

After a long request to the customer care executive i m not getting my balance.

they are taking rudely and abuseing

Dear sir my no is [protected] .i had been using aircel sim but 11th feb i got one caller tune ivr msg .I actually not had activated any caller tune but then when i was checking my balance i noticed that there was a deduction of about thirty Rs.Immediately called the customer care and came to know that caller tune was activated.I called up nearly 6to 7 times they agreed that it was thier fault and refused to give any solution they even didnt launch any complaint giving the excuse that server was slow and also refuse to refund my money.

Myself mukesh Kumar andf my cell is [protected] My balance was deducted twice against voice chat activation.For voice chat activation i am not applied for earlier.One day one call came to me about voice chat and just disconnect the call then how it is possible that voice chat was activated.I am too frusted due to this service provide by aircel .I called to aircel customer care thrice they given me complain no that is [protected] and[protected] and insure that your deducted amount will be returned back.Last night again they deducted my amount and when i called up they told me that previous complain is closed without any information given to me.

I am to frusted with these type of service given by aircell.This comapny looted the indian people.Please take certain action against this company.

Aircel — deduction of balance without any reason

am using an aircel mobile no-[protected].on[protected] at about 10.30 am i recharged my number with a 10 rs recharge coupon and got 10 rs as balance and about 11-00am my full balance was deducted i immideatle called the customer care they told me that the balance deducted was not showing in there network. they told me to call after 6 hours. i again called they again told me that there sysytem has not been updated and told me to call after 1 hous i again called they told me that they can not do anything about it and cut off my call.on[protected] morning i again called them about my problem they clearly said that we cannot do any thing and cut my call after that am not getting the call transfered to any executive of aircel.
Voice chat is an automated Value added service, and its takes the customer authorisation before any activation. Promo calls and messages can be the reason  when responded knowingly or unknowingly so I would suggest you to activate your DND service which will block all such messages and calls.
This is a strange issue that you are facing, you are suggested to visit their company store and report this issue, you will get a resolution for sure.
Dear sir myself LOKESH KUMAR CHAURASIA & my no is [protected] .i had been using aircel sim. On saturday ( 27 th Mar ) i have bal. account 36 Rs i recharge my account by 150 ( EASY ) therefore my account balance is 186 Rs but on the night of same day i check my account balance it was only 69 Rs means that there was a deduction of about 100 ( Hundred) Rs.Immediately called the customer care and came to know that how is this happen .I called up nearly 10 to 12 times they gave me a same reply that our system is in upgradition process there we are unable to gave you sufficent information . Please call after 6 Hours

I ask to you that this is a right way of excuse ?

Please gave proper ans and tell how this happen.
as i am retailer for pay world as i sent recharge to a customer 20RS he did not get the recharge but twenty rupee credit from my account no of the customer is [protected]

Aircel — Taking money from user account without any reason.

Aircel has taken INR 30 for the past 3 months stating dialer tune is activated. But I didn't activated the same and When I rang my number. I'm not hearing any Song or music. I have logged complaints each month and till no no response from Service provider. As everyone know, Its difficult to catch Aircel helpdesk. I don't know What TRAI is doing????
This is strange, it is possible that if you respond to promotional messages or calls, Value added services can get activated. But there must be some technical reason when you say that the dialer tune is not functioning properly. . Try contacting Customer Service personnel @ Aircel Store or Customer Care.

They must have deducted it against some value added services on your number, the customer care can help you figure it out.

Sir,
Aircel is not a trust able company for their customers. Because this company cheat with customer by deducting amount with a fake cause.
Aircel company Deduct Rs. 49/- from my account, by saying that i have download some game, in actual no such game is download by mobile ever. I still don't have such game. Their customer care executive even not have time to listen the problem and they are rudely behave with me.

I want justice by refunding my amount and not repeat the same in future.

Aircel — Reason lees Balance Deduction

on 2oth jan. i got sms from aircel that u have been charge rs 1 for 2 days for MCA services, but when i checked my balance, rs 15 were deducted at very movement but i got shocked agian on 24th of january when i got another sms from aircel that u have been charged rs 15 for mca services when i contacted costumer care they told me that on 20th of jan rs 15 were deducted for using gprs now wht the hell are they saying when i am using my aircel sim on nokia 1650 from last 12 days how come is this possible that 15 rs got deducted by browsing internet on a phone which even doesnt support gprs :D
