[Resolved]  Aircel Limited — Mobile Number Portability issue with Aircel

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have applied Mobile Number Portability from Tata Docomo to Aircel on 29.03.2013.

I requested for MNP for my two Mobile numbers. Please find the Porting id details below.

TX384773 29.03.2013
TX382144 29.03.2013

My applications are processed against the CEF Nos: 168043 dated 29.03.2013 and 168043 dated 29.03.2013. It was processed by Mr. Joseph at Aircel walk-in store, Koramangala, Bangalore.

On April 5, 2013 I received a mail from Aircel saying that, my Mobile Number Portability request is approved.

On the same day night (05.04.2013) at 11:30 P.M my existing service from Tata Docomo service got disconnected.

But the Aircel service is not yet activated. I got a message saying that “Sim card registration failed”. I walked into Aircel walk-in store and had a commitment that, Aircel service will be activated after sending this mail.

If Aircel is unable to provide me the service as committed, why my existing Tata Docomo service is disconnected?

Before activating the service from Aircel, how Aircel can deactivate my exisint service?

Deactivating the existing service before activating Aircel service is an illegal activity.

I want justification from Aircel for this issue.

Aircel — Unable to provide Service

I have taken new AIRCEL connection, after talking from their costomer care & their distributor in our Town, They promised me that, they will provide me service with help of that i can access internet on my Lap-top, but after taking connection, service is not working it has been more then 20 days, i have talked to them at-least 30 times but it is still not started.
i recieve wab settings but in message said update is required when i install settings and i save settings as default setting and i swith off the phone for five minutes and i iopen browser the mesage recieve that data server not available my handset model no. is motorola l6 my aircel mobile no is [protected] irequested u to solve this problem as soon as possible

Mai Aircel service se tang aa kar Portout karne ka decision lia.Isiliye aircel me port number ke liye sms kiya.iske bad aircel se mujhe 11/02/2011 me call aya ke humlog Apke network ke problem ko thik kar denge or agle 48 hours me ap jo vi recharge karenge usme 50% extra talktime milega.Iske bad Mera jorurat na rahte hue bhi maine 110 rs ke recharge kiya par extra 50% yani 55 rs nehi mila.Maine bar bar Customar cxare me call kiya magar koi phal nehi hua.O log pehle call ko hold karte hai or uske bad kut dete hai. So me suggestion Hai ke Aircel me MNP na Kare.
