Aircel — MNP-SMS Problem | |||
Hello, I applied fro MNP from BSNL to AIRCEL on 3rd Nov. My connection got activated on 9th Nov on AIRCEL network. Since then I am facing weird problem. I cant send or receive any SMS on any Network. I talked to customer care several time but they dint solve my problem. I logged a complaint with them on 17th Nov (No. [protected]). I got a call from their service personnel on 20th Nov after that I am able to send msgs but still not able to receive any msg. My mobile no is associated with my bank and many important things. my reliance prepaid no. has not port in to aircel, i have been sent mnp request on 22.01.2011 but still it is not port in. my no. is [protected] Dear Customer,

Good Evening This is sharvani my no# is [protected] n the mobile is registerd on PASAPULA PAVAN KUMAR i am facing the problem in sending sms to a particular number from more than 4 months n the numer is [protected] (virgin mobiles).......when ever i give the complaint the network ppl would be saying its the problem with the other service provider n they close the issue n the other service providers close stating its problem with tata docomo, after 10 days the problem gets rectified by chance ......but every month the problem comes ....from jan 10th i gave 6 complaints till now n every complaint stating its problem with their end .....n the response from the customer care end is tooooooooo bad .....the words spoken by one excutive will not mach with the other ,,,,,even spoke to many supervisors more than 7 supervisors ...but their words state we cant help ...due to your network issue i am facing problem with friends ..i cant loose my frnds due to tata docomo network ...the reason i am sticking to this network is i respect TATA'S n i love to be with TATA'S ......n also the network of this is very poor ....now i am studyiong at HYD ....though i am in main centers like ameerpet near mytrivanam n begumpet near paradise the signals will not be there ....very often the display would be emergency cals or no access to service ....my relatives frnds n parents would be caling me often n if they get the prompt as switched off or out of reach they get tensed .......i request you please take an action on this sms issue because from jan 10th this is the serious problem n onky for 4 days it was correctd n again the problem exist ,,,,,,,,,please please take care of this issue n make my problem rectified ...............Sharvani.N.R
