[Resolved]  Aircel / Mobile Phone Connection — Disconnection Request not getting processed

I have requested disconnection of my number with aircel on June 16,2012 because of their poor service and relocation from city of Mumbai.

After many calls to customer service and many emails, nothing has happened, I doubt that I will be asked to settle the accounts again and same thing can keep going for good knows how long. 9 out of 10 attempts to send mails to customer care fails because Aircel customer care email account is running out of space.

Below is the contents of emails I have sent to Aircel.

I have put a disconnection request for this number.
On june 19 i received a mail from customer care asking me to pay unbilled amount 585 also providing a service request number 1-[protected].
I have made the payment on June 20 and sent an email to customer (same can be found in email trail).
I have spoken to Vijaya from customer care on June 26 @ 18:40 to ask the status of cancellation. She cofirmed receipt of payment of 585.on june 20.
Vijaya has asked me to send this email to customer.care mumbai again to proceed with cancellation for this number.
Please ensure the disconnection.
