[Resolved]  Aircel — NOT PROVIDING THE MONTHLY BILL OF MY POST PAID AIRCELL MOBILE [protected].

Dear Sir,

It requested that I am using the SIM of Aircel Company since last one year.
Few month ago companies customer executive call me to change the physical
bill into e-mail bill so I provide him my email ID so that I can print the bill well in
time and get it refund from my office but till date they do not provide me neither
physical bill nor send me in my email address. Sir due to non viability of bill I
could not claim the bill amount from my office & as per request of companies
customer executive I deposited the bill amount through internet banking.
Sir in this regard the companies executive call me at my office hours and disturbed
my work badly.

Therefore, kindly lodge my claim for Rs5000.00 on Aircel Company and credit to my
account [protected] at SBI Gulabi Bagh.

Airtel mobile Complain no.43851419
I am having Airtel mobile and have a complain in postpaid bill.

I talked with representative of Airtel over helpline phone no. on dated 08.04.2012 and they have informed that in our CUG scheme, there is a facility of free internet access upto 2 GB per months.

In my previous bill dated 18.04.2012, the cell phone company has charged Rs. 1046.00 for internet uses and the same is without deducting the internet charges upto
2 GB as informed by their helpline (on dated 08.04.2012 sometime between 12.00 a.m and 7.00 p.m). The phone call might be recorded with Airtel

I have again talked to airtel helpline regarding this irregularities on dated 03.05.2012 & on 06.05.2012, then they have told that there is no free internet access to this CUG connection. I have reminded the airtel helpline representative about our earlier call of 08.04.2012, then they have suggested that you forward your grievances
through bank's nodal representative and the irregularities shall be rectified and excess bill amount shall be reversed.

Further, in the bill dated 18.05.2012 they have charged internet charges of Rs. 2850.00 without deducting the 2GB plan charges.

I am requesting for reversal of internet and airtel may recover 2GB plan charges from both the bill ( bill dated 18.054.2012 and bill dated 18.05.2012)
